* Help LeeAnn save Handsome Harry *

Donation protected
As many of you know, LeeAnn's beloved Harry has been in the hospital for a few days. The doctors confirmed diabetes with a dangerous level of ketones that need to be treated right away or Harry didn't have a chance. LeeAnn was heartbroken when she was told the treatment options and cost of the immediate care plus the ongoing care that will be necessary.  After 3 months of not working due to recovering from knee surgery, she felt that sickening feeling of not having the funds to save her boy and she faced the fact she had to put him down. She was preparing to say goodbye and hold him as he went to sleep.
Then a funny thing happened - she started getting texts and phone calls saying "Check your Facebook! People want to help!"  Adorable Loralee Christensen actually called the hospital and said "STOP everything! You have people willing to give - we can do this! Just STOP!" LeeAnn was and is just blown away by the love &support coming her way for Harry. Her heart is full and she is very humbled. I'm so glad she let me make this page!  > Here's where we are:  Harry is being very well cared for at the hospital and will be there for a few days, getting a constant flow of fluids and his blood and urine checked every three hours until he's out of the woods. He also has an infection in his kidney and is still at a crucial point. Once Harry is out of danger, they will determine his correct insuline dosage and monitor him again for a day to make sure his levels are good. Going forward, LeeAnn will need to buy special food, needles and insuline as she gives Harry 2 shots a day for the rest of his life. Other costs and fees will acrue with the required regular check ups.
** SO - all of us who adore LeeAnn, we have the wonderful  opportunity now to help her and Harry. Please give if you are able, small amounts add up. If you can't afford it - don't feel bad for one second. We all go through times of having and not having. She is incredibly grateful for whatever help, love and prayers come her way!**  LeeAnn went to see Harry tonight. He was wrapped up in a blanket with an IV in his little paw and started purring so loudly when he saw her. :) Of course the nurses have fallen in love with him and cheered when they found out LeeAnn was able to go forward with treatment instead of having to say goodbye to her sweet boy.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support.  All of you in her "village" dramatically changed her and Harry's life today. Feel free to share this with more friends. Thank you!!   **If you'd like to share via email instead of Facebook, you can send this link:  https://www.gofundme.com/HelpLeeAnnAndHarry
