Puppy Thrown From Car! PLEASE HELP!

Donation protected
On Jan 30, 2018 at approx 11pm this puppy we now named "Jamie" after the Good Samaritan who found him, was laying in the middle of the highway on Rte. 16 near Sonnys Car Wash in Everett. Thankfully the 2 good Samaritans were able to get to him to safety and call for help. He was in shock, had severe injuries and suffered from substantial blood loss. Everett Police ACO, Stacia Gorgone, was able to rush him to Mass Vet Referral Hospital in Woburn, where they found his back leg has multiple fractures, joint and tendon damage which will require him to have his leg amputated. He was also found to be suffering from internal injuries such as a crushed bladder, pulmonary contusions to his lungs as well as trauma to his chest. He is currently being treated at Mass Vet where he will be required a minumum stay of at least 5 days, if not more, depending on his recovery process. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help us help this puppy! If we end up raising more than we need, all additional funds WILL go to pay for any other vetting for the City of Everett Animals we help. If you have ANY INFORMATION on this incident, please contact Everett Police ACO [phone redacted] or email [email redacted]
