Help Garry, our traffic officer
Donation protected
On Thursday February 8 our beloved Fort Mill Elementary and Middle Schools traffic officer Garry Tate was stuck by a car and thrown to the ground. He was taken to Pineville hospital overnight and released the next day. The long-term effects of his the accident are still unknown. A previous eye injury appears to have been made worse. We are concerned that it may be some time before he can return to work.
Anyone who has watched Garry on the job knows he is risks his life daily to keep us all safe and does so very well. He is also a veteran who has served our country.
We are striving to raise $5,000 to remove any financial stress that may arise as Garry recovers. Any amount is appreciated. Please feel free to share this link with the Fort Mill community.
And thank you!
