Keeping a roof over my head

I am really in need of help to catch up on debts and keep my mortgage paid through the beginning of the year. I'm still looking for a regular work gig as well as temp jobs, and I'm finding I spend a lot of time and energy sitting in the dark worrying about how I'm going to pay the next bill. It's becoming kind of immobilizing.

Now I also have a broken down car to repair in order to keep me mobile and available for work and interviews that aren't in the downtown core.

If I haven't talked to you about all this already, I'm really sorry.  And I also get that asking this way isn't like me sitting down with each of you and telling you about where I'm at, which I also apologize for.  I'm truly having a hard go of it. Please forgive me for that.

I'm trying to raise enough money to fix my car, pay my overdue bills and keep my house out of foreclosure over the holiday season and while I try to figure out a Plan C (since Plans A and B have failed so spectacularly).

You know me well enough to get that I wouldn't ask for this type of help if I weren't between a rock and a hard place. It distresses me to no end, but here I am. In this place. Asking.
