Help my Dad fight Cancer

My Dad came over to Australia to visit us, to see his grandchildren and to take in the sights of this beautiful country but shortly after his arrival, started to look pale and weak and was losing weight drastically. After what should have been a routine check, it was confirmed that he had Bowel Cancer. The Tumour is so large that they could not do the colonoscopy and he needs Radiation to shrink it and only then can they operate. Upon successful therapy, they can then remove the tumour that is fast growing. It is common but there is a nodule that is rare and could spread to his muscle if that is cancerous as well. He has a 50-50 chance of survival and I want him to fight the odds and make that 100. He needs to start right away so he his chances don't decline. The costs are very high and it all cannot be covered by the insurance. Treatment and surgery are already mounting up. My parents are retired and this is putting a strain on us all financially and emotionally. The insurrance company Bupa has rejected our claim as they said it was preexisting (nobody, not even his doctors knew he had it). His journey has just begun on this long road to recovery and in order to get there we need your help. Someone said to me once, don't be afraid to ask for help, don't suffer in silence. I remember that today and ask you to help Brian (Azi) get back to who he was and who we know and love so much!
