Medical & Rehabilitation Fund

Mark Algots is a long time independent adjuster of 27 years, with many friends in the insurance industry.  Hurricane Irma hit south Florida and Mark, like many adjusters, began working trying to help the residents of Florida.  Then, in an instant, Mark's life changed when he fell from a roof.  Mark sustained numerous injuries including , but not limited to: a broken neck, leg,  ribs, and wrist.  Mark's surgery, although successful according to the doctors, will be followed by unknown months of physical rehabilitation.  Mark, as many of us would in his situation, needs our help.  He, like many in the country did not have insurance.  His expenses will be more than most, if not all of us, could afford.  Besides the hospital and surgery bills, Mark will need a temporary special bed, physical therapy, at home nursing and other needs.  Obviously he won't be able to work for some time.  After physical therapy, and as soon as he can, we will move him to his good friend Mark Alfieri's house in Pompano, Florida, where he can continue his recovery there.  We are asking for everyone's help.  The bills are mounting and will continue for some time.  Share this with  our insurance community.  If not for the grace of God, it could have been any of us.  After this, we would like to start a perminate fund for all independent adjusters, because, as we all know, this is happening all too often.  God bless Mark, and each and every independent adjuster.
