Help with cancer costs please!

I am asking my friends and family for help in funding some expenses I have encountered while getting treatment for metatastecized (?) breast cancer. Expenses have grown faster than my ability to pay for them and I can't meet this month's (or next months') expenses!
In 2010, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I assumed once I completed treatments, I was done. But I was wrong. TUrns out my teeth have deteriourated - my front teeth have gotten soft and are jagged and broken off, which hurts my vanity. I've broken out 2 lower front teeth which is causing me pain.
In addition, my car broke down. Fortunately the news was not as bad as I thought. I was told the block was cracked, but it turns out it was "just" a broken hose. But "just" costs money I don't have ...
Also, I've had a "Series of Unfortunate Incidendents" with my health, including lymphodema in my right arm and leg, an ulcer on my left foot, and a general deterioration of my health that causes me constant pain. I spend hours on the internet with online friends trying to maintain contact with the "outside world" so I don't lose contact with real people.
For April and May, I do not have enough money to meet the end of the month. I am asking people if they would kindly meet this need in whatever way they are able. I know many of you are as strapped for cash as I am - anything you can provide would be graciously and gratefully accepted. If you can not give as a gift, but must do this as a simple loan, that would be great also, I will pay it back when I am able.
