Help an injured ServiceMan

My name is Isabel,  I am a military spouse, mother of a  5 year old, and college student. I have decided to start this campaign as a last resort to help out my family.
My husband, Jonathan , is a Veteran who has served his country for 7 years. As part of his duty, he has deployed to the Middle East and South America .
2 weeks ago, he suffered an injury while training at work. A flash Grenade went off near his neck causing second degree burns as well as neuropathic  damage. 
The military base promised to take care of the situation. However the the only bills covered are the ER visit an  ONE follow up appointment. 
Any other appointments will not be covered .
Jonathan Is still suffering from nerve pain and is unable to wear a shirt. 
He has ran out of sick leave and is expected to return to work regardless of his condition. So far he is not  on Medical Continuation and may not be eligible .
He is our only source of income , and we have accumulating bills.
No serviceman should have to go through this, but unfortunately the system has its flaws.
