Help Westfield Mailman Recover from House Fire

Donation protected

On Friday, April 24, the home belonging to a
Westfield mail carrier and his family was struck by a devastating fire. A collision involving a car and a tractor-trailer hit their home located next to a gas station in Elizabeth, NJ, causing Jonathan’s home to erupt into flames.

The family lost everything in the fire.  Fortunately, everyone, including the family’s pets, made it out safely.  The house and all of its contents were destroyed (as you can see by the attached photo).

Although you may not know Jonathan personally,
I’m sure you can only imagine what he and his family are experiencing at this awful time.  I have taken the time to get to know Jonathan since he became my new steady mail carrier.  He always has a smile on his face and greets me by name.  You can tell Jonathan truly enjoys being out and about in the community of Westfield.

I am reaching out to my community for your help! This Westfield essential worker and his family are in great need.  They will face tremendous emotional and financial stress while trying to rebuild their lives.

Let’s rally together to help Jonathan and his family in anyway we can! All of the proceeds will go directly to Jonathan!
