Help Siccuh

Donation protected
Just a few weeks ago, Jessica was diagnosed with having a brain tumor roughly an inch in diameter that needed immediate surgery for removal.

On August 25th 2014, she successfuly underwent that surgery and is currently in recovery at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

The doctors predict a recovery time of about 6-8 weeks in which she will mostly be limited to bed rest. Leaving her without being able to work any of her three current jobs.

We didn't want to turn to this, but after careful consideration and support from our friends and family we have decided to reach out and ask for help in this time of need.

Any and all donations will go directly towards aiding her recovery and common life necessities such as rent and utilities. Jes insists that anyone who wants a painted wine glass will recieve one for their donation once she is back to 100%. All you need to do is ask. Thank you for your time.

*** UPDATE ***

8/30/14 - It pains me to type this but yesterday we heard news we were praying we wouldn't. It turns out that the tumor was infact cancerous and Jes now needs to undergo several treatments of Radiation and Chemo. Because of this, we have decided to extend the fundraiser. We hope this doesn't come off as greedy or selfish, we just want to keep up the awareness and encouragement. If we meet the new goal, then thats amazing but in the end it's only money not a cure. Raising positive thoughts and a little money to eliminate any other financial issues will allow Jes to continue on fighting this fight with a full heart and concentration. Thank you all for the donations and most of all love and support. We can and WILL beat this.

*** 9/21/14 UPDATE ***

If you've been following either myself or Jessica on social media, you may have noticed that we've spent the better part of the past month living in the hospital. You may also have noticed that She underwent her SECOND surgery last week due to an infection underneath the incision and on the skull flap. She is now on antibiotics and back on her path to healing. She is also required to wear a helmet while doing any sort of major activity, even so much as walking more than a few steps. We are hoping to get sent home any day now with a day nurse visiting our home twice a day for the next 6 weeks. During which, at some point, she will begin her chemo and radiation treatments. After all of that, later down the line she will eventually have to have a THIRD surgery to put a new bone flap in place. Basically, she will be residing in our home for the better part of 2014.

As you can probably guess, working just isnt in the cards for this lady while she concentrates on recovering from not only her second surgery but ALSO tackling this cancer HEAD ON. We have since completely changed her diet around to aid her in her recovery as well. Lots of raw vegtables and fruits, almonds, some small clean fish, cocoa nut oil, etc. We fully believe Nutrition is more than half the battle so these days she's eating as ORGANIC as possible. Which we all know is EXPENSIVE and time consuming, but in the end if it means her health, we feel its completely worth the extra effort.

Anyways, we just wanted to update you all and above all THANK YOU for the prayers, well wishes, positive energy and donations. With your love and support, we've got this!
