Help Sam pay for heart transplant

On 12/04, my spouse Sam had a double heart attack/double stroke. When that happened, we both knew we were in for a long haul. The original plan was a bypass and pacemaker surgery at the end of January. Today (January 10th), we have found out that Sam’s heart is failing, and their heart is too weak to operate on. They are now on the heart transplant list. Between medical expenses, travel expenses, and both of us having to take time off, we are in the most serious bind for making sure that we can get through this difficult time. The reality is that it is only a matter of time before Sam is hospitalized during the waiting period for a heart that is a match and within the distance in the radius for the transplant list.
