Help Jesse

My son, Jesse age 9, was born with a genetic disorder called Familial Spastic Paraparesis ( A form of Muscular Dystrophy). My husband has the same disability. Jesse went through several surgeries to help with his condition, Mitrofanoff, ACE, intrathecal Baclofen pump, and most recently had both hips reconstructed along with his pelvic bone. We have recently fallen on hard times, losing 75% of our income. We are facing losing our home to foreclosure and to top things off, the only vehicle we have to transport Jesse has finally died. We are in need of a conversion mobility van for Jesse. I have not been able to get him into a car for a few years now and lifting him into a vehicle has gotten dangerous for the both of us. I am currently unable to even get him to simple doctor appointments and actually had to have an ambulance come for him two weeks ago when he needed to go to urgent care, where he ended up staying for 4 days. The cost of a new van runs about $40,000 but am hoping to find a good used one.
