Help Ella Breath

I have to ask for Ella. She has been more than a pet. She has helped me as much or more than some of you and myself have helped her.
I want to give a brief on Ella for anyone getting to know her for the first time:
I have been doing rescue for several years. I was at the Gwinnett, GA shelter in July 2013 checking on a Cocker for a rescue when I met Ella. As a 9 year old, HW+ German Shepard in a crowded kill shelter, she didn't stand a chance. I saw this older, matted, dirty dog "“ Ella. I have never felt such an immediate bond with a dog. Ella had no one when her time was up..long story short, Ella came home with me. We left and I had no idea what to do. I could not leave her to die.
Ella had kennel cough and came down with pneumonia. I raised the money to pay her hospital bill and other parts of her vetting. ( Thank you so mucvh donors! )
The entire set of test she has had done are came bad with good results. She had an echo which showed a good strong heart. Her HW is very light.has been such a help. If not for that money donated to Ella, chances are she would not have made it this far. What was not raised, I used credit cards to pay for if I had no cash. (Which is most of the time)She is a great dog.. I just prayed and went with it. I had no choice, Now she's my constant shadow, gets along with the rest of my canine crew and despite the life she's been handed. To be honest, she inspired / inspires me. Maybe this happened for a reason.
I do not have much money coming in right now, as I lost my job and have an autoimmune disease and retired disable. I do not give up. Not on a dog. Not on Ella. I'm trying to raise money for her selling custom dog tags at Ella's Design, but it isn't enough for her to have this life saving procedure. I am the provider for Ella and my other dogs. Ella breathing has gotten much worse and I am afraid she could go into crisis. Her life will change so much if she can get this procedure. She might be an older dog, but she wants to run and play and just cannot due to her breathing. I scheduled her surgery while praying the money that is needed will be there. A wing and a prayer.
Ella's Surgery will be at the University Of Georgia College of Vet Med. Small Animal Hospital. If you had rather call the hospital and make a donation, please call [phone redacted].
