Support For Thomas Wilson

In June of 2013, a community member and good friend of mine, Thomas Wilson, was involved in a farming accident in which a half ton hay bale fell on top of him, severely injuring vertebrae in his neck leaving him paralyzed in both his upper and lower extremities. Before this tragic event Thomas was a talented musician with the ability to play numerous instruments, but was especially proficient as a bassist and guitarist. His passion for music shined as he was involved in music ministries through multiple churches and organizations. Thomas was also extremely athletic and hard working as he played community sports and worked numerous hours to provide for his family. But above all this, Thomas is a loving husband and father to his wife and two year old son. For the next few months I will conduct many efforts to raise money to help Thomas and his family be able to cover everyday living expenses, and this is one of those efforts. I have created this page so that you, who are reading this right now, and many others, would donate to their cause as well. Despite the fact that the enjoyment of playing music and sports may seem distant at this time for Thomas, I believe with our support and encouragement, we can help restore and regenerate the hope and joy in the life of Thomas Wilson. So let us come together and give what we can financially to aid and encourage the Wilson family as they experience this difficult time.
