Hat Day for Kay
Donation protected
As many of you know, in February, we had a scholar diagnosed with leukemia. Many of you participated in our Orange Day for Kay fundraiser where we raised about $ 4,500 for Kay's family (between online and at site donations) in just one week!
Kay is still fighting for her life. Her spirits are high and her strength is immeasurable.
However, her chemotherapy has taken its toll on her body. She has not been able to return to school and her classmates miss her dearly.
Because of this, Kay's classmates have asked to do another fundraising event. This time scholars will be hosting Hat Day for Kay!
They invite you to participate with us!
On Friday, October 24th please wear a hat for Kay!
Watch the video to find out why we will all be wearing hats!
You may also make a donation here or through our school. All money raised will go directly to Kay's family to help with medical expenses.
On behalf of our scholars, and staff...
Thank you for your kindness and compassion.
