"HV Honor Flight: Generation Bridge"

The film is in its last phases--the final tinkering!
We are nearly through the process of making the documentary, "Hudson Valley Honor Flight: Generation Bridge." We've logged more than 100 hours of good, usable footage already and we still have a little more to go before we wrap it up--like blending in the interview we did with Sen Bob Dole during the April, 2015 flight. We've been on two of the flights and met a third by going down by train and I can say I have not had that kind of emotional experience before.
We believe we have made one of the most poignant and important film about the purpose of bringing World War II veterans to Washington and then inviting them into schools to talk to youngsters who can't even imagine what time was like during the War.
I'm incredibly proud of the Veterans, of Hudson Valley Honor Flight, the educators that are welcoming the opportunity to have their students spend the morning with WWII Veterans and my team that has been working so close with me to handle every Veteran with the utmost respect and honor.
The realities of filmmaking are that I can't do it on my own, with my own funds. Now, as we finish off the production cycle and watch it come out on DVD we need additional funding to do so.
