HHS Vocal Music Alumni Scholarship

Donation protected
Hello!
My name is Natalie Neace and I am a graduating senior of the Highlands High School Class of 2016. I founded this scholarship with the desire to support those who want to continue their passion for vocal music throughout the rest of their life. Over my 4 years in choir, I have taken 4 years of private voice lessons, attended 3 years at Kentucky All-State Choir, and also 3 years at the NKU Honor Choir. I attended The Kentucky Center's Governor's School For The Arts in 2015 and have enjoyed SO many vocal opportunities that have changed my life forever. Vocal music is extremely important to me and has made me who I am today.

This scholarship will go to a Senior who has:
- taken or been in HHS choir for 3 or 4 years
- participated in outside choirs or taken vocal lessons (ie All-State, Honor, and Children's Choirs, etc. )
- recipient does Not have to major in music but is encouraged to take voice lessons or minor in music in college

I plan to utilize the funds collected to give out two $500 scholarships via an application and review process per year. This extra money will help retain the fund and eventually, with its growth, enable me to establish a 501(c)(3).

I truly hope that you can understand how important the arts are to a student's development and the immense worldy impact art has to express oneself. Again I thank you so much and appreciate any donation big or small that you can give.

Please share this link with other HHS Alumni so we can all help to make a difference in the community we love!
