Medical and Funeral Expenses

Dear Friends and Family,

It is with great sorrow to say that this upcoming Monday I will be losing my one and only grandmother (Rosa Morales) who is currently staying in the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center in Fontana California. Over this past year she has been going through the most difficult time of her life. Not only she has been battling with diabetes, but also suffers from Dementia, water in her lungs, gangrene, kidney and heart failure. She can no longer eat or breathe on her own and is currently hooked up to a feeding and endotracheal tube. At first, the medical team believed we had more time to be with her which led us to think we had time to raise money for her funeral services and medical bills. However, recently the physician stated she is deteriorating before our eyes and the decision has been made to remove the breathing tube on Monday. I humbly ask that you please help my family raise this money for funeral and medical expenses. I will truly be eternally grateful and I pray that you all never have to go through something like this, where money is the determining factor if your loved one can stay alive or not.
