Calvary Chapel Magazine Ventures

I’m Christian Rodriguez. I recently just graduated from Calvary Bible Institute. I’ve been immensely blessed with the opportunity to intern with Calvary Chapel Magazine in Fredericksburg Virginia. The first few months or so I’m going to be getting trained, learning the ropes, and assisting the magazine in any way I can. I truly know that the Lord has called me here and where God guides, He provides. I’m stepping completely out in faith as I only know a couple of people out there but I find peace in knowing that God is in complete control of every detail in my life. I have been working as much as I can this summer to save but camera gear can add up and I have to move across the country. Since it is an internship I will not be getting paid right away. Some people think I’m crazy but God has never failed me and I know He never will. This Christian walk requires us to have faith and this is part of the journey! I will get to travel and just love on others how Christ has first loved us. Jesus tells us to go out into the world and to make disciples of all nations. This is exactly what I get to do with Calvary Chapel Magazine. I get to take photos which is one of my passions and something that I love to do at the same time. I get to share my story with others and the work that God has done in my life and the work He is still doing! I get to love others and encourage people all around the world. My heart is to share the gospel with people all around this world and to be a light in this world that is only getting darker and darker. Above anything you can give, please pray for me as I step out in faith, walking by faith and not by sight. That everyday I can continue to grow in my personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
