Battling Cancer Again

This is from my dear friend, Susan Niday, who is battling Stage 4 cancer for the second time in less that 8 years. Please consider helping if at all possible. 

Hello.  My name is Susan Niday and this is my story. I am battling cancer now, for the second time.  The first was 7 years ago and the cancer was in the back of my throat and neck. After intensive treatments, a scan showed no cancer anywhere!
Just a couple months ago, I had symptoms that prompted me to get a colonoscopy, which I highly recommend to anyone over the age of 40.  Imagine my shock when the doctor told me they found a tumor! A PET scan showed I have cancerous lymph nodes thoughout my body, labeling me with Stage 4 cancer again!
I am a teacher assistant in the public school system.  I work with elementary-aged visually impaired students. I love what I do and miss "my" kids very much!
I am a widow, but have a strong faith in God, 2 wonderful sons and other supportive family members and the greatest friends a woman could ever have.  However, cancer is not only EVIL, but it is expensive, especially if you get a second opinion. I decided to get a second opinion because I do not like the doctors outlook on my illness.
I am already out on medical leave, but that unfortunately means that I will be without a paycheck in the next few weeks from now. I still have to pay for my medical insurance, medical bills, house payment, etc.  That is why I am asking for help.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have no idea what the bills are going to add up to, but I know the last thing I need right now is to stress about it.
