Need a little help

I am humbled to set this up. Those who know us know that Jen is our breadwinner. She fell down the stairs and broke her leg. She was already living on vacation time due to COVID. And since she has been on short term disability we have fallen on hard times. We are behind on pretty much everything and as some of you know, we already lost one vehicle. I am asking for help. Anything you guys can do would be very helpful and appreciated.
