Those of you who know Molly, whether for years or moments, have your own words to describe her. Wise, Courageous. Goofy. Brilliant. Star-like. Kind. Empathetic. Graceful. Dignified. Gorgeous. Classy. Tenacious. Golden.
The list seems endless. Nothing gold can stay, said poet Robert Frost, and as such, Molly has announced she will be transitioning from this worldly place to the next. As transitions go, this one will occur far too soon and will leave behind a multitude of broken hearts.
But in order for the heart to break it must first be full of love; the well overflows because of abundance and plentitude. From having known Molly, you know the condition of being full and complete. Our sorrow will water the fallow field she leaves behind. From it will spring reminders in every new bloom, in every bud that rises up through the dirt, that she who touched so many quenches the thirst of our memories and sails on the wind as a gently whispering reminder that leaving is not gone. It is just new. Different. Vast.
Anyone who has spent even mere minutes in her midst knows her essence. Her transparency has been a gift to each of us. Her offering has been her open heart, her beautiful and devastating lessons in strength, her immediate and easy authenticity, and her unconditional LOVE. Her simple and elegant untamed, unrestrained LOVE. This woman, this mortal, this goddess- she loves hard and true, and every one of us is incredibly lucky to have found our way to her within the last 48 years.
As Molly shuffles off this mortal coil, she has made the decision to stay home with hospice care, and we are asking your help to make certain that Molly and Jeremy both have everything they want and need at this time. Whether it is to replace lost income, or help her achieve any desire she has, please consider giving any amount so that finances are the very last thing she has to worry about.
