Help 2 beautiful people rebuild!!

On the night of October 8th, Gary Rowe and Kim Winton faced the unimaginable...their beautiful home was destroyed in the Tubbs Fire and has left them with nothing. (Still very lucky to have each other and their pets.) This is a blurb posted by Gary to give you an idea of the horror they faced the night this happened: “Yes we were home. Both woke up at the same time to the smell of smoke. We both got on our scanners and could hear the dispatch calls coming in. They were inundated with calls. I went out in the front yard for roughly half an hour. Just watching for fire and see how many fire trucks were coming up the road. It hasn't been that common over the last 25 years. But you can usually tell by how many trucks and pieces of equipment go up the road how big the fire is. Anyway Kim had come out in the driveway we both kind a stood there for a while. And decided to go back to the house. As we walked in we could hear the answering machine and someone leaving a message to evacuate. So we both looked at each other and said what do you want to get. And looked around and figured there's just too much to take and how do you decide what. So we loaded up the dogs. Kim grabbed a few things. And we left. Thinking we would go down to the bottom of the hill regroup the fire department would take care of everything and we would be going home soon. As we went down the hill we honestly didn't see any signs of fire other than the smoke. But by the time we got to Larkfield and saw how many people had gathered and how much ash was on the cars we knew we left at the right time. We could hear PG&E transformers exploding and then the power went out. There was horse trailer after horse trailer pulling in. Honestly luckily for us it wasn't as intense as the video when we left.”

Kim is my best friend and coworker. I’m hoping these funds will help them with rebuilding and for their loss of wages they are facing in order to deal with this nightmare. Please consiber helping these two amazing people who have spent their entire lives thinking and doing for others. They deserve way more than the amount being asked for so let’s show them our love and support!!
We love you Gary and Kim❤️
