About 20 years ago, I started a homeschooling journey that has been very interesting. I think I learned more about myself than anything else. During those years of navigating the homeschooling process, I would often make many of my learning materials, which, by the way, were very effective. Yes, I had site words and creatively, made-up lessons all over the house. I actually still have some of those learning materials today, almost 20 years later! As I taught my own children, tutored other people's children, served as a Tutoring Specialist for the Norfolk Public Schools 'No Child Left Behind' Initiative and served as an instructor for the Norfolk Public Schools ABE Program (Adult Basic Education), I realized how crucial and critical reading basics are in education.
I reflected back over my many years of homeschooling and thought about what was the most empowering thing that I experienced while homeschooling my own children, and I must say, without a doubt, it was teaching both of my children to read before they were able to talk or walk. Yes! That is very possible. It happened twice! I thought about what I had done and what I used to do it. With that in mind, I decided to pursue creating and designing my own Bible Basics ABC Early Education Literacy Products to help others on their journey of instilling a firm foundation for reading in their children. Because I love God’s Word so dearly and can’t live without it, it was very important for me to be able to incorporate God’s Word in all my early education literacy products, so that children not only learned phonics, letters and basic reading skills, but they would learn these skills while learning God's Word.
I am so very excited about my very first early education literacy product being launched, with many more companion products to follow! The Bible Basics ABC Concept Cards, my signature and lead product, contain 26 two-sided learning cards, a card for each letter of the alphabet. Each card has a beautiful, colorful visual, (drawn by me), to help Little Learners understand different concepts better. Each card introduces a different Bible character, tells what the Bible character did and provides a scripture reference for where the Bible character can be found in the Bible. Each card contains a simple subject verb sentence (front of card), as well as an extended sentence (back of card) that reinforces and reiterates the letter being taught. The cards are intentionally designd with an expansive reading approach from front to back with the inclusion of the actual scripture reference so that the parent and child can research the reference scripture and read it together. The cards include a basic set of instructions, but using a bit of your own creativity, you will quickly discover that there are limitless lessons and fun activities packed in each of the 26 Bible Basics ABC Concept Cards.
If you do not have a Little Learner in your home, please consider reserving the Bible Basics ABC products for a Little Learner in your area, your neighborhood or your church, your school or even consider blessing a single parent or any person who have Little Learners, but may not have the means to make the minimum product reservation donation. Being a blessing to others is truly a blessing indeed!

If you would like for your Bible Basics ABC products to be shipped to you, please add $5 to your product reservation donation. Please add $10 to your product reservation donation if the products will be shipped outside of the USA!
