Family Swindled By Home Flipper

Our family purchased a home from a flipper/builder that had completely remodeled the house, including what he called a "professional finished basement".  It all looked beautiful, and the home inspector that we hired to complete an inspection did not find any problems.  He couldn't find any problems, because this flipper covered the foundation walls with drywall to hide the fact that the foundation walls are failing (we have evidence he knew about it), and they're leaning inwards towards the center of the home.  Not only does this cause huge water issues in our basement, but we're told this can and eventually will cause a catastrophic failure and the foundation walls will fall, along with our home around it.  We have a lawsuit in process against this flipper, but unfortunately attorney fees are beginning to pile up, and at some point we will not be able to afford it any longer.  We will either run out of money before the lawsuit is over, or our home will fall down.  
We purchased this home in 2011 with the intent that the basement was perfect for our future family.  In December 2012 we had the birth of our beautiful daughter, Sofie.  She is now 19 months old, and she still has yet to use the basement as we had planned; as a large playroom where she can run around and play with her toys.  
Whatever anyone can do to help us meet our goals would be so much appreciated.  We have foundation repair quotes from $38k all the way up to $107k.  Sure, to raise the entire amount to fix the foundation and then finish our basement would be great, but we're only asking for $25k since we can get a loan for the rest.  Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
