Memorial for Mom (Terry Mahon)

Many of you know that our Mom has had a difficult journey the past few years and that she is currently back in the ICU at Clevend Clinic. There are so many different medical problems this time that doctors are telling us there's nothing more they can do... words we've yet to hear throughout all the many struggles she's overcome.  The reason we reach out to you at this time is that, due to her numerous medical conditions (which also include Multiple Sclerosis), obtaining a life insurance policy was not possible, making a difficult time for us even more stressful.  We are pooling our resources -and Mom had paid for her plot and vault already- but after looking into just how ridiculously expensive the remaining costs are, we don't believe we'll have enough. Many of you have asked how you could help and have been very generous with your thoughts, prayers, love, and support. But if you are moved (and able) to contribute financially, it would certainly help ease some of the burden on us at this time. We thank you all so much for every kind word over the past few years.  We always shared them with mom and she was always overwhelmed with your love, which we believe gave her the strength to fight and overcome the many serious issues she's had recently... along with her stubbornness (wink-wink), it went a long way to extending our precious time with her.  You all know what a great person she could be, always caring for her family, friends, and those in need, always offering a smile. We would like to honor her memory and celebrate her life with all of you when that time comes in the too-near future. Thank you all, again, from the bottom of our hearts.
