The 2017 Mt Baldy Pop Warner, JV Football Champion Fontana Bulldogs humbly appeal to your generosity and ask that you consider our team worthy of your donation on our quest to a National Championship at the 2017 Pop Warner Super Bowl. The Super Bowl will be held Dec 2-9, 2017 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.
The Fontana Bulldogs have competed tough all season en route to a 11-0 record overall. Their story that began on August 1st, when the team suited up for its first practice of the season, has brought us here. The Bulldogs battled and quickly became more than a team, a Family. They finished their regular season and Mt Baldy conference championship games without ever being scored on by an opponent. The excitement and perseverance of this group continued when they knocked off the tough Division 1 Arizona state champion, Deer Valley Eagles, on November 11th. They then went on to win the Wescon Regional Championship in San Diego vs the OEC Division 1 champion Garden Grove. The Bulldogs are the 1st team in Fontana’s 58 year long history to win a Div 1 Wescon Championship, a huge accomplishment. The Bulldogs squad is comprised of thirty one 12 and 13 year old boys, with many of them never before leaving the State of California. Help us give these kids an experience of a lifetime.
We need to raise $71,000 in one week to make this possible, our deadline is 11/28/2017. With the community’s help, we can accomplish this GOAL!
Your donation will assist the team in the expenses which include air travel, accommodations, transportation, food, and other costs while in FL. Pop Warner is a non-profit organization (501c) and all donations are tax deductible. We hope that we can count on your support of these young athletes as they prepare to reach their next goal of bringing home a National Championship.
