Our dear friend Keith Kelly was sadly diagnosed with brain cancer in late 2023. As well as fighting this horrible disease with everything he's got, he and his family took a holiday of a lifetime to Thailand in April 2024 to create some wonderful lasting memories to help them through the tough times ahead.

Unfortunately, he has suffered further complications while out in Thailand and is now on life-support in a Phuket hospital. Despite taking out all appropriate insurance, a dispute with the insurance company means they are forcing his family to find up to £300,000 to provide the ongoing life-support and medical transport back to the UK.

Before his diagnosis, Keith was a healthy 50 year old who lived for his family and was looking forward to representing his country playing basketball for the Great Britain over 50s. Anyone who's ever met Keith knows he has lived his entire life for others, never asking for anything in return. Well now its our turn to step up and give him, Jess, Maya and Lucas the support they deserve. The Phuket hospital and staff have been truly amazing but Keith so desperately wants to come home and we want to make this happen.

As you might recognise, resolving this situation is now URGENT so any donations, big or small, would be gratefully received.

In the event that the insurance company reconsiders their position and covers some or all of the costs above, all donations not used for medical care and transport will be given to brain cancer charities selected by the family.
