move FlashTown into phase 2

2021 took everything we had to secure the property.

the kittens and I spent the last 3 months down and dirty hand clearing the land and planting fruit trees.

Now as 2022 begins the green is returning to replace all the brown that is now turning into rich soil.

The fundamental parts are finished as far as landscaping and planting and now we turn to infrastructure.

so far we have been surviving with portable solar power and it's hard to keep on top of.

we are looking to upgrade to full solar set up to give us unlimited power including hot showers.

right now we have a 29 gallon tote connected to our roof rain catching system. I would like to upgrade to a 2000 gallon model so we have plenny water for the plants during the dry seasons.

we still have no fence which makes it impossible to take in any animals who might like to wander and impossible to protect them from the dangers of random dogs and feral hogs. I'm looking to put 5ft hog fence with a driveway gate across the front 150ft and down one side. fortunately our other side is fenced 300 feet down so that saves a lot of effort.

we have zero wifi other than a phone which makes it impossible to use any graphics design programs to make posters and merch and mini movies about the animals or the cave. the only content coming out of here is strictly phone videos. we will be looking to upgrade to full high speed fiber optic with the ability to go live and bring back the podcasts and live animal adventures.

it's also a priority to find a cheap pickup truck to pick up soil and animals and lumber because those are impossible right now. just something to get dirty and take back and forth to Home Depot.

aaaand getting a second cabin up for guests is a top priority. the one I have now is great and I don't mind sharing but people might appreciate a little privacy.

Ive already chopped and dropped a beautiful spot with all day shade.

these upgrades are absolutely essential to moving this project forward and creating a place we can all be proud to be a part of.
