Ryan Bendel Medical Fund

Ryan Bendel is a 26-year-old student from Eugene Oregon. He has a larger than life personality that makes people fall in love with him almost instantly. Right now Ryan is fighting brain cancer for the 4th time. Cancer has been a word Ryan has known his entire life. He was first diagnosed with brain cancer at age 3. Ryan was so young he didn't know what cancer really was. With treatments and strong family support Ryan beat the cancer. At age 9, he was re-diagnosed with brain cancer. Once again Ryan beat the awful disease.

In early 2013, Ryan was again diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 25. Soon after the diagnoses he went to Portland to have brain surgery. After the successful surgery, Ryan immediately started radiation treatment. With his strong will power and the support of family and friends:Ryan beat cancer for the third time!
Unfortunately at the end of 2013, Ryan was informed that the cancer had returned. He began treatment again. However on January 1st, 2014 Ryan was removed from his fathers health insurance because he was no longer eligible for coverage due to his age. In order for Ryan to keep the same doctors that had been treating him, he had to obtain a specific and expensive health insurance.
Ryan has been a fighter his whole life and will never give up. But with the expensive insurance and out of pocket medical bills it's becoming harder and harder for him to fight. Please help Ryan fight! Thank you so much. #FIGHT4RYAN
