Medical fund for Khrystyne

Hello friends and family I am Lisa Ehrhardt and I am helping my best friend raise funds for her cancer treatments and other medical expenses. Khrystyne is one of the most positive and optimistic people I know. She has been there for me during my own cancer battle and pretty much for every life challenge that has come my way. She brings nothing but joy and love into the world. I want this girl to try absolutely everything under the sun to eradicate this disease! Let’s make it happen and please donate at any level♥️. August 9th Gary and I received news in my doctor's office that I have breast cancer, “invasive lobular carcinoma”. On September 1, we received additional news that my cancer has metastasized and has spread to my bones. A biopsy on September 14th confirmed it.

Since the diagnosis it’s been a myriad of imaging appointments, biopsies, meeting with surgeons, talking with our local oncologist, and working with the Breast Oncology team at UCSF. They’ve all been really great with my care and are being very proactive.

With our treatment plan in motion I’ll be sidelined and unable to work full-time as I’ll be on a steady stream of hormone blockers, chemotherapy, additional healing therapies, surgeries down the road and most importantly, giving this every ounce of healing energies as possible.

These fundraising efforts will be used to offset income lost, copays, and additional needs I’ll have along the way.

With the strength of my family and friends surrounding me, I’m coming out the other side of this stronger than ever. Although I will never be disease free, by my 50th birthday I WILL be in remission and I’ll be dancing, laughing, and singing with my family and friends. It’s going to be EPIC.

We are certain God chose me for this battle and I’m ready to fight. I am an Elk. #elkstrong
