Fela Lockhart Memorial Fund

Hello. It is the family's sincerest hope that you are in good health and spirits as you come to this page. It is with a heavy heart that we relay the sad news of the passing of our dear son/brother/friend, Fela Lockhart. While Fela was out celebrating his 21st birthday with friends, in the early hours of December 18, 2013, he was robbed and gunned down outside of the Harvard Wine and Grill, just a little over 2 hours into his birthday. Fela has left his mother (Danyll Lockhart), his father (Kyle Lockhart), his brother (Kojo Lockhart), his sisters (Kalaisa Jones, Valencia White, and Kai Lockhart), his nieces (Jhalaya Jones, Makenzie Clay and Jamison Grissom), his grandparents (John L. Jones, Jr., Donald and Emma Lockhart) along with several other friends and family members not only to mourn his death, but to also cherish his memory. Unfortunately, Fela has no life insurance and the family is trying to collect donations to cover his final arrangements. It is our most humble request that you feel moved and compelled to help us with this feat.
