Can you believe it?!? Encore has it's own studio!
Since our inception in 2007, Encore has produced over 50 full scale musicals, raised over $100,000 for our scholarship program, and created a busing program where we've bused in 1000's of underprivileged children, who've never been introduced to live theater, to see our shows at no cost to them. We have also built an amazing Encore Family educating 1000's of children!
We've done all this in whatever space we could find at the time. Recently, we've been operating out of 6 different locations, which means our classes, rehearsals, storage units, and office have all been scattered around the South Bay.
In 8 years we've never had a permanent home for ENCORE....
...BUT now, we have just leased an INCREDIBLE space large enough to store our sets, costumes, props, and office.... With enough space left over to have our very own 1500sq ft rehearsal studio!! Now, we can finally combine all 6 spaces that we have rented to build Encore into 1 space and call it HOME!
This is where you come in to play! With this amazing undertaking, we are asking for help to build out our costume room, laundry room, storage mezzanine, and rehearsal studio!
We need a total of $52,682.... BUT, the GOOD NEWS is we have found a donor who is willing to match every dollar we raise! (So now, we only have to raise $26,341!!! )
This means if you donate $25, it instantly gets turned into $50! $100 instantly turns into $200!!!
Everyone who donates will get a LIMITED-Edition Encore Studios Patch and/or T-Shirt. (See level descritpions.) AND anyone who donates $100 or more will get their very own star on the Encore Star Of Fame Wall!
You may not ever get your name on a star on Hollywood Blvd, but you can get your name on our wall for helping us dream the dream that is BIGGER than anything we ever imagined!
If we have touched your heart in the last 8 years or the last 2 minutes, we ask that you help us create this unique home for us and for the 1000s of students that will benefit for years to come!
