Hi my name is Erika Urvina I am a Venezuelan woman living in London and the reason of this campain is to try to help my youngest sister Elisa to beat Breast Cancer. She is 37 years old woman and she was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma Ductal inflitrante in her right breast. Stadio IIA. I know ... ! Maybe because you dont know her it is difficult to understand our pain as a family member but believe me she is one of the Strongest woman that I know and now she is struggling not only because she has breast cancer but also because the situation back in my country Venezuela is unbearable plus appart of the fact that she is a single mum of an amaizing 11 year old girl on top she is in charge of looking after my dad and my mum (they are over 70 years old) all of this in a country like mine that you can not afford food even for yourselves try to picture how it is for her being in charge of everything as the strongest person in the house ...of course she is living and continueing everyday like nothing happens... just keep walking and carry on surviving. She was diagnosed in March 2015 (just 5 years after she lost her newbornbaby) and because we do no count with any private insurance coverage she received her first cycle of chemotherapy in our nearest public hospital called "Oncologico Dr. Miguel Perez Carreño" Barbula. Carabobo State Venezuela. She finished the 8 cycles on 15th of April 2016 (more than a year ago) during this time my dad was Hospitalized too and between her there (doing everything alone) myself working harder than normal trying to send money to cover all the expenses and even some friends support we managed to help my dad but now our current situation is we spent everything that we have had and more and with the inflation in my country raising levels that you can not even imagine and having the worst medical crisis in our history my sister needs URGENTLY a double masectomy plus more chemo and radiotherapy. Most of the chemo treatments are not available in my country unless you pay for them privately and she has been waiting for a surgery in the hospital for more 10 months now but even though the doctors there are working almost with nothing, they informed her " that even if she managed to get the surgery place at the hospital the worst thing that she can do is to proceed with the surgery without the treatment after" It will be like a death sentence. This money is only to cover the surgery and just a part of the recovery treatment afterwards, but we are desperate now and we want to have the surgery as soon as possible and carry on with the treatment .thereafter
Please HELP ME to help my sister be healthy again and also to guarantee that my niece will be with her mum. It does not matter how small you think your donation will be even £1 or 1$ could save her and giving back our happiness to our family but in case that you can not donate any money please at least take the time to say a little prayer, light a candle or just send good thoughts and hope to all my people. We really need good energy and light to recover our homeland.

I JUST UPDATE today (21/06/21) what is the current situation with my sister health we are still here fighting against cancer and also trying to fix her heart complications due to the lack of medicines at the time she received the firs chemotherapy treatment in a public institution Venezuela.
