Help David to buy electric wheelchair

My brother is psychotherapist, psychiatrist, 48 years old David from Georgia. He was riding a bicycle to our home and on his way car hit him from back. It happened on 23rd of May and since then he stays in Intensive Care (reanimation) Unit. The major injuries, not to list them all here, were - focal trauma of cerebrum, fraction of cranial roof, fraction of cranial basis, fraction of neck, open wound on the scalp, multiple fractions of ribs, traumatic hemopneumothorax, open wound of other part of the calf. The first surgery on Reduction / stabilization of intracranial neck area was done on the same day.

At this stage he is still in Intensive Care/Reanimation Unit in Berlin in Neurorehabilitation Center.  We need to purchase Electric Wheelchair for him, which is essential for his rehabilitation process. We are from Georgia, we paid already to the hospital what family and David's supporters from Georgia could collect.
