Caroll's Cancer Battle

Dear Family and Friends,
My name is Mario Mendez and I am from Venezuela but have been living in Houston Texas for almost 9 years. I'm trying to raise money to support my dear friend in Venezuela and her fight against cancer.
As some of you may know, my country is undergoing its worst crisis in history. Crime, medicine and food shortages, inflation are reaching historic high levels. Nearly 10% of the population has migrated looking for better opportunities. Those ones remaining, have to daily struggle sometimes just to survive.
My friend Caroll Useche is one of those survivors. Caroll has been a dear friend of mine and my family. She is only 27 years young, and was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 32-week pregnant. Currently, her baby is healthy and is her main motivation to keep fighting.
Since her diagnosis, she has received 12 cycles of chemotherapy, plus a complete mastectomy. Her most recent biopsy reveals that she needs radiotherapy and a treatment of a medicine called XELODA 500mg, for a total of 6 cycles. This treatment has not been available in Venezuela in over 6 months. Her only solution at this point is to obtain these medicine in Colombia(neighbor country) Caroll lives in the border town of San Cristobal, which is 1 hour drive away from Colombian border town of Cucuta, where her treatment is available.
Due to the economic crisis in Venezuela, it would be impossible for her to afford this medicine in Colombia. Minimum wage in Venezuela is estimated at $3.5/month.
Cost for the medication/treatment needed is approximately $3000 USD.
I am reaching out to you today from the bottom of my hearth to ask you to please help me get Caroll these resources so she can receive treatment.
All money raised(minus GoFundMe operational fees) will be sent to Caroll and her family via WesternUnion(or equivalent) in Cucuta. I, personally, will be withdrawing the funds from the gofundme campaign and delivering it to Caroll and her family. I will make sure the process remains very transparent for everybody.
Funds will be used as follows:
-$2300 approx. for 28-35 sessions of Radio therapy in Cucuta.
-$600 approx. for Xeloda 500 mg(200 tablets)
