In Loving Memory - Don Ginori

First of all, we want to thank all of you for your condolences and prayers and especially all of the great stories.  We all miss Donald greatly and he touched many people's lives.  He had a way of making everyone feel special.  That's what we all loved about him most - his big heart.  Donald would always share his last anything with you.

However, as hard as this death is on the Ginori family - we do have another issue. And that is the cost to put Donald to proper rest and have a proper service so we can all say our good-byes to him.

As you all know, Donald died unexpectedly in his sleep yesterday morning. He is at the coroner's office and is having an autopsy completed to try and determine what happended.  They told us that we would not get a final report until six to eight weeks from yesterday.

Today, we had the tedious and painful task of having to look for final arrangements. Some have advised us to cremate him but he definitely did not want to be cremated and it is not as cheap as people think anyway. Plus regardless,we would like to have a final viewing and services for him so that everyone can see him one last time.

Seems like the cheapest we can get the burial done is $8,500 and the cremation and final viewing alone would still be about $5.000. 

Please note that we only have $1,000 at this time. So as hard as it is for us to ask for help, we find ourselves having to ask you if you will consider donating to this fund.  All of the money received through this fund will go directly to pay for Donald's final expenses and the good-bye he deserves.  Any excess funds received will be used to help Donald's widow and children with any necessary expenses.
