Help me help my best friend fight cancer

This is my best friend Andy, who I have known since kindergarten. He is one of the funniest, most talented and caring humans any of you will ever meet. Recently, Andy was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. The good news is that statistically, with chemo and radiation therapy, Andy has a high chance of survival. Unfortunately, chemotherapy and radiation are incredibly hard on the body and in most cases leave those going through the treatments not just physically ill, but also mentally stressed and emotionally depressed. 



Andy is about half way into his treatment, and the effects are obvious. As I've watched my best friend go through the hardest time of his life, I've racked my brain thinking of ways to bring a little bit more hope and joy into the guy's life. Most people would think that a 26-year-old man would enjoy a week in Las Vegas, or even courtside seats to a local sporting event. While those options would be most enjoyable for Andy (trust me, I've considered them), my mind kept taking me back to the one place Andy has loved his entire life, and will continue to love his entire life....



Disneyland. 

In the 20+ years I've known Andy, we've discussed going on a lot of vacations together. In every single travel-based conversation we've had, Disneyland has been brought up as a place Andy would love to go. In fact, one time we decided to go to Disneyland. While it was kind of weird to be two twenty-something grown men walking around for two straight days through a sea of young children and their openly stressed parents, I could see the love that Andy had for the place. Every night before we decided to head home, Andy would always say something along the lines of "this place is just magical."



Personally, I don't get it. Disneyland really is not anywhere close to a favorite travel destination for me. But this is not for me. It's for my best friend. 




The reason I created this is because I want to take Andy on an EPIC trip to one of his favorite places in the entire world. I want to give the guy who has injected so much joy into my life a little joy of his own to help him get through this hard time. I want to "Bro Out" with my best bro in the happiest place on earth.
