A church community needs your help!
We have been taken to court by a family who used to worship with us. They asked that donations they had made to the church be returned to them. This wasn't possible, as all Income had been used for the ongoing work of the church , running expenses and reaching the local community. Their request was made two years after the donations were made. The court ruled against us, meaning that the donations must be returned to the family by 16th February 2020, plus interest. Court/legal fees must also be paid.

We are a small church trying to make a big difference in our community and beyond to the Glory of God. We believe that God is faithful and will support us through this trial.
We also believe that it is important for other fellowships to be aware of the need to protect themselves from similar situations and to ensure that their members understand and accept that donations are not refundable.
