Debra Clarks Memorial

Debra Clark was a tremendous, outgoing, hardworking, more then generous woman. She loved to travel, she did her whole life, she enjoyed making amazing life long memories. She loved to scuba dive, take walks on the beach, and every week participate in her daughter’s zumba class. Debra was a hula and Tahitian dancer, she loved preforming in hula shows with her granddaughter Hailey. Debra participated in Heiva San Diego multiple years to express her love for island dancing. She was a mother to 2 children, a daughter Kalei and son Clint. she was a grandma to 6 grandchildren, and a friend to all. On September 11, 2019 she was admitted for a ruptured brain aneurysm and underwent 3 surgeries, and was in the hospital for 1 & 1/2 months. She then went to a wellness center and got better. She was on a long road to recovery but was getting SO much better. She then went and lived with her life long best friend Karen, who helped Debra with her recovery. On December 2nd, 2019 she was rushed the the hospital for back pain and a headache when the doctors found out she had aortic dissection. The doctors wanted to give her a CT scan to make sure she had no bleeding in her brain so they could do the surgery safely. She was having too many seizures and wasn’t stable enough to make it to the CT scan and the doctor wasn’t able to preform the heart surgery which lead to her passing. Her family sat with her until she was gone peacefully. Debra 100% lived her life to the fullest. She spent her last days so happy and enjoying life with her children and grandchildren and bestfriends.
