Debbie Conway's Funeral Fund

Hello my friends,
I know you are used to me fundraising for others, but this is a little different, so I hope that you will read it and consider giving $1. One of our very own, Deborah Conway (aka Debbie Gibson of Thompson Early Childhood Center and New Bridge Middle) has passed this morning. While she hasn't worked for OCS for a while, she did devote a bit of her time to working with special needs (TA) for a while at (formerly) Thompson Elementary and in the computer class at New Bridge Middle. She is one of the main reasons I went into education...to make a difference.
Not only was this woman one of our very own, she was my Mama! And while unfair to be taken at 59, God doesn't make mistakes...so we must move on and know that she is no longer hurting. My Northside family has been most gracious during the past 2.5 weeks with my classes, 9 days of which we spent waiting by her side after removing life support.
I am fundraising because my mother had not worked for the past 5 years and did not have life insurance. In lieu of receiving flowers, I really need help in respecting her with a proper funeral.
