Help Colin Daley Beat Cancer

Donation protected
First off, I just wanted to say thank you to all those who have rallied in support of this amazing man right here as he does battle.

For those of you who may not know Colin Daley personally, let me just tell you a little bit about him. He is a 33 year old loving husband, doting father, and a friend to all. He is truly one of the kindest, most compassionate, uplifting, and generous people you will ever meet. Colin is the type of person that, no matter what is going on in his own life, if you need him, he will drop everything to come to your aid. He is there for your ups, your downs, and everything in between. He has the biggest heart and a giant personality to match. He is one of those people that you meet who just instantly puts you at ease by his welcoming good nature, sense of humor, and genuine spirit.  He is truly a blessing and a vibrant light to all those around him.

Several months ago, Colin was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of bone and soft tissue cancer called Mesenchymal Chondrosarcoma. It is so rare, in fact, that their have only been around 800 documented cases.

As you can imagine, this diagnosis has been completely earth-shattering for Colin, his wife, their families and friends, and all those who hold them so near and dear. However, it has also been incredibly humbling and inspiring to see the manner in which he and his lovely wife, Ida, have faced the news.

Although they undoubtedly have their moments of grief, the strength, positivity, humor, and grace that they carry through the process of fighting this thing is something to truly admire.

And although Colin has started his treatments, he still has a long journey ahead of him. He will have at least another 11 months of chemotherapy with surgery somewhere in the middle of those treatments. Then at the end of that period, the doctors will take an assessment to see if further treatment is needed.

As you can imagine, this has been and will be incredibly taxing in every sense of the word; physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

My hope is that we can give back to Colin and Ida for all they have given us and help alleviate at least some of the financial burden coming their way. That way they can focus as much of their time and energy as possible on eradicating this thing and spending quality time together with their sweet little family.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all again for taking the time to read this and for any and all support!!
