4th Annual Cutrano Backpack Drive

Cutrano AZ Troop Run, Inc, with the help of Crisis 22 Project, has launched our 4th Annual Backpack Drive for children; kindergarten through 8th grade.

More than 16 million kids live in extreme poverty in the U.S. and arrive on the first day of school without the supplies they need to learn. One of the most devastating consequences of living in poverty or experiencing homelessness is the impact it has on a child's education. In addition to frequent school transfers and an unsettled home life, many children return to school without the basic supplies they need.

On the first day of school, they look and feel different from their classmates.Children who live in poverty or are homeless face many challenges and tremendous stigmatization. As a result, less than 25 percent graduate from high school.

Every child should be able to start school on a positive note and be like all the other kids in their class! It is our duty and our honor to give these children the successful future of which their mothers and fathers dreamed.

Your generosity in helping the children of Arizona kick off a successful school year is greatly appreciated. 

For a tax deductible donation of $8 you can provide a less fortunate child with a brand new backpack filled with school supplies to start their school year off right. Just $8 per child - imagine the faces on these children when they are handed a beautiful new backback!!

Our goal is to help 400 children this year. That's 9 diffent schools in the Litchfield District.  Please join us in breaking through this goal!!!
