The Crystal Masionis Cancer Foundation

This fund was created to the help care for Crystal, her husband Dan and their three children.  Crystal has passed away on 6/22, She is a terrific mom to her 3 children including being an advocate for her special needs daughter, Eva, who has CHARGE Syndrome. She has given so much of herself to her friends, family and the CHARGE community that we would like a chance to give back and support the future of her loving family.
