We currently owe $14k in vet bills!!!

I have been helping run Dogs Behind Bars Rescue since it started 18 months ago.

Its not glamourous, its not glory hunting, its not ego boosting. Its seriously hard work often taking 20-30 hours a week of my time on top of my fulltime job and my own animals and family.

I deal with neglect, abuse, drugs, violence, death, illness you name it!!!! I do it because the problem is huge and its not getting any better.

I have even dealt with some of you, I have helped rehome your dogs, your friends dogs and helped you find your next best friend to. I try to help those needing advice with their dogs and I have your dogs come to my house in order to help them.

We have helped hundreds of dogs so far from all over WA and we take on pretty challenging cases that other wont touch and it costs money, lots of it.

Please help me to carry on doing what we do, we are a small team and we have zero funding.
