Kelly Ciraulo Cancer Trust Fund
To
Our Family and Friends,
It is will deep humility and respect that we
approach you at this time and ask for a donation towards the Kelly Ciraulo
Cancer Trust Fund.
Our sweet 17-year-old daughter was diagnosed with
Stage 4 Hodgkin\'s Lymphoma in December of 2011. However, this is one of the most
treatable forms of cancer. In light of this fact and because Kelly has had such
a positive attitude and demonstrated such strength and courage, we expect a full
recovery.
We come to you all because healthcare is expensive and it was
our desire to receive the best possible health care. This will require a higher
premium with a significant deductible. However, it will allow Kelly to receive
treatment at City of Hope Cancer Research Hospital. It is #17 in the nation and
she is currently a patient.
In anticipation of the additional medical
bills, we are seeking to raise money through family and friends through this
website. Additional funds will be raised through fundraisers that are currently
in the planning stages. Please pass this message along to anyone you feel it
appropriate . . . the more the better in our view.
Donations should be
given by cash, check, or money order, etc., and should be written in the name of
Kelly Ciraulo. These funds will ONLY be used to pay the more expensive health
care premium, co-pays and cancer related expenses for Kelly only. Any remaining
funds will be held in trust for future medical expenses related to the cancer
diagnosis. However, we do need every penny we can get at this point to keep her
where she is.
Please only consider a donation if this is something you
can afford and are happy to do. We thank you for your emotional support, kind
thoughts and prayers.
All Our Best,
Joey Ciraulo
