Desperately need help with food and rent

I am setting this page up for my boyfriend, a firefighter/medic/former military man. Over the past three months, he has been in the hospital or ER 17 times due to seizures, passing out, PTSD flashbacks, and migraines from a traumatic brain injury he sustained a few years ago and the doctors can't figure out why he is having these problems now or how to stop them. He hasn't been able to work in almost 3 months and is out of leave, out of money, and no longer getting paid. He's about to lose his house and his car and has bill collectors calling daily about his medical bills. He desperately needs help and has gone to friends and family, but only a few have helped and the rest have turned him away and so now we are having to turn to the kindness of strangers. He needs at least $1000 by December 1st in order to keep from being evicted, and to eat and then needs an additional $1500 by the 15th to keep his car from being repossessed and to start paying back medical bills.  He can't even make his copays on his health insurance right now.
