Chad Primeaux's Support Fund

We are starting a suport fund for our friend Chad Primeaux. Chad is the Lake Charles regional airport fire chief and a officer with the Calcasieu parish sherrif's office. Chad was born with a defective heart valve and in May the heart valve decided it was time for a change. After consulting with the medical staff, the cardiologist set him up for open heart surgery. The surgery was a sucess and he is recovering and attending rehab. He is the youngest person in rehab and they are making him the example for some of their more seasoned patients. As you know he will be out of work for sometime while the heart heals. We are setting up a support fund to assist the Primeaux's during this recover period and to offset medical bills they are recieving. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and put to good use.
