Hi, my name is Catherine, I am a 30 year old born with cystic fibrosis, diagnosed at birth. I am from McAllen, Texas, I recently moved to Dallas, TX in order to get listed for transplant. I am in need of a life saving double lung transplant. My insurance doesn't cover all cost associated with transplant (iv supplies for each medicine, travel expenses, co pays, oxygen, follow up care, etc) Please help me reach my goal to ease my journey through this long critical process.
