Carla is an absolutely amazing testimony for positive, joyful living in the midst of adversity and if you know Carla - she will be looking for ways to encourage you!
The event will be an officially timed 5K run, however the course will be crowded and remember this event is not designed to post your personal best time but a focus on supporting Carla and her family. For those not so serious when it comes to running, feel free to walk the 5K, walk a mile or whatever distance you are comfortable - crawl if you must!
We have set a lofty goal of $30,000 to raise for Carla and Greg to help with medical expenses and the other expenses that come with battling cancer. We encourage those of you that are interested and able, to make a generous contribution. It is not required that you participate in the Run to make a financial contribution.
